Buyers who commit to a 3 night deposited stay during the Show, will have the priority option to secure a room at the Embassy host hotel. Spring Needlepoint Show will make every attempt to assign your preferred type room. If your requested room type is not available, SNS will contact you to discuss options. You will receive an email confirmation after your registration is processed and approved. The Embassy will then use the email you provide, to send you a Credit Card Authorization Form link for you to pay the hotel directly for your assigned room/s.
