NOTE: BALLROOM REGISTRATION IS FOR PREVIOUSLY CONFIRMED EXHIBITORS ONLY

Ballroom Exhibitors were confirmed immediately following Spring Show 2025, based “1st Right of Refusal” policy. They all chose to return in 2026. If an Exhibitor has an interest in the Ballroom, not confirmed with SNS for 2026, please do not complete a Ballroom Registration. Rather, complete a Suite Exhibitor Registration and select the button that states your interest in being on the Wait List for a possible cancelation opening. Wait List Exhibitors will be first-in-line for future Ballroom openings.

RESERVED SLEEPING ROOMS: Previously requested sleeping rooms have been reserved for you. Once registration has been processed, you will receive an email with a room block link at the Embassy. Please book your rooms directly with Embassy Suites using both your name and business name. Host hotel address is: Embassy Suites Hilton, Lake Buena Vista South, 4955 Kings Heath Rd, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

REGISTRATION FEE IS $500. AFTER YOUR REGISTRATION IS APPROVED, AN INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITH YOUR TOTAL BALANCE. PAYMENTS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE DUE DATE INDICATED ON THE INVOICE. EXHIBITOR SPACE IS NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
